It's important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services.
- Less than 48 hours notice is considered a "late cancellation" and will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments you will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment
- Appointments that are booked within the 24 hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy
- As a courtesy, appointment confirmation emails are sent 72 hours in advance by email, and 48 hours in advance by text to the contact information given at the time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot to be given to another client.
- If you show up to your appointment 15 minutes late or more the stylist is obligated to reschedule your appointment or shorten the appointment
- There are no refunds for any services that are provided. You are allowed 7 days after the initial service if you are unhappy. There are no refunds. You are only allowed 1 redo. These are to be down during the week. If needing a Saturday there could be an extra fee, and has to be approved by the owner, due to the busiest working days. Any redos will not be blow dried
- Extension hair is non-refundable once opened and installed. If hair needs to be returned it must be unopened and with the seal attached Within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- STYLIST ARE ALLOWED TO CHARGE AN EXTRA FEE IF THEY ARE WORKING OUTSIDE OF WORKING HOURS.
- Retail product Can be returned within 7 days of the original date that it was bought, there will be no cash credit.
- Any deposits that are made towards services, are non refundable.
- If you reschedule your appointment in less than 48 hours that deposit becomes forfeited and will not go towards that rescheduled appointment.
